Happy Little Submarine 3 will be released during the period of Children's Day and creates many new distribution records

GDC, being well known for the creation of China's first 3D animation film production line, will release a new film Happy Little Submarine 3- Rainbow treasures during Children's Day in domestic market again, by following last year Happy Little Submarine 2 won the best box office in Chinese animation film at the same period. 

On 16 May 2013, GDC as the sub-venue of the 9th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industrial Fair, holds the press conference to announce that Happy Little Submarine 3- rainbow treasures will be released on 31 May 2013, coving 43 Cinema lines, showing both 3D and 2D versions in more than 2500 theaters, breaking the record of the numbers of film distribution copies in Chinese animation film history.

Compared with Happy Little Submarine 2 last year, the upcoming Happy Little Submarine 3 has a number of significant improvements on technological innovation.

First, passed Happy Little Submarine 2 aimed to pre-school children who can only understand and accept the relatively simple plot. Happy Little Submarine 3 attracts audience in wider range, not only be suitable for children and adolescents, but also their parents. The wonderful plot, richer content and stunning vision effect become a definitely good choice for the whole family to watch.

Second, usually the 3D movies in accordance with the average adult IPD 65mm shooting, may cause children eye discomfort. GDC uses the advanced technology shooting to simulate the audience’s eyes through two cameras, and adjust each lens focus, the ratio of focal length and IPD to 50mm-60mm for children comfort. Without faint and harsh to eyes, Happy Little Submarine 3 is the first China 3D animation film specifically making for children watching comfort.

By the excellent animation production and high-lever 3D technology, the film takes all the audience to a gorgeous sea world. It will be a newly visual experience with first introduced interaction with film characters, called China's first interaction 3D film.

Full of positive energy, pleasure and humor, Happy Little Submarine 3-Rainbow Treasure brings children in company with their parents to seek the rainbow treasures. From the story, through the cooperation, they win the battle with one-eyed shark, and gain the friendship and joy which is more valuable than the treasures.
